Slaughter selected for national group exhibition
Joey Slaughter, Associate Professor of Studio Art, is one of thirteen artists selected for a co-curated show in Philadephia’s Paradigm Gallery, opening on 27 January.
Paradigm Gallery + Studio and Ekaterina Popova are pleased to announce From the Pages, a co-curated group exhibition, which brings together a diverse group of 13 national artists in a contemporary gallery setting. The collaboration features artists who appeared in Popova’s publications: Create! Magazine and FreshPaintMagazine, many of whom also regularly exhibit with Paradigm Gallery + Studio.
ABOUT PARADIGM GALLERY + STUDIO
Established February 2010, Paradigm Gallery + Studio started as a project between co-founders and curators, Jason Chen and Sara McCorriston, to create a space to make artwork, exhibit the work of their peers, and invite the members of the local community to make their own artwork in a welcoming gallery setting. Over the years, Paradigm Gallery + Studio has become a gallery of diverse contemporary artwork from around the world, while maintaining a focus on Philadelphia artists.
