Hamrick Travels to Denton for Workshop, Exhibition

Louisiana Tech University School of Design Associate Professor Frank Hamrick traveled to Denton, Texas to teach a bookmaking workshop, critique work by photography students and attend a reception for his work included in the three person exhibition “Recalling” at the University of North Texas Art Galleries. Twenty of Hamrick’s tintype photographs and numerous artists’ books were selected by UNT gallery director Tracee Robertson for the exhibition alongside metalsmith pieces by Oklahoma artist and educator Chris Ramsay and paintings by Denton artist Faith Jessup. The exhibition runs through Saturday, October 22nd.
