Well Done Professor M.L. Carter !

The Louisiana Art Education Association nominated School of Art Associate Professor Mary Louise Carter for the Southeastern Region Higher Education Art Educator award at their fall conference in New Orleans.  Carter’s nomination has been submitted to the National Art Education Association in conjunction with their annual convention to be held in San Diego in March of 2014.  Carter holds the Clarece Harp Lyles Endowed Professorship in Ceramic Arts and teaches ceramics and design in the School of Art at Louisiana Tech University.
